These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Web Accesibility Pro platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and services offered by Web Accesibility Pro ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Services.

"Content" means any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials that are uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted through the Services.

"Subscription" means the recurring payment plan that grants you access to the Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the Services requires a paid Subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select. You can cancel your Subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our Subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our discretion, at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Web Accesibility Pro and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content in connection with providing the Services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or cancel your Subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Web Accesibility Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Your inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
